This application aims to facilitate a more efficient and intelligent approach to managing long-term care insurance for the elderly. As a pilot version, access is restricted to select long-term care facilities staff and beneficiaries (or their guardians), with broader user access available following official deployment.

• Enhanced user verification through a certificate-based login system.

• Utilization of electronic tags for program management and social worker daily activity logs, including mobile input and electronic signature functionalities.
• Enabling beneficiaries to receive electronically tagged items by visiting the relevant organization and collecting them via the mobile app.
• Addition of features to capture and transmit photographs of electronic tag placement locations.

* Principal Features by User Role

1. Care Personnel
Review daily service schedules through the app and input or transmit service details via electronic tag start/end transmissions. Access the long-term care benefit provision plan for individual beneficiaries prior to service delivery. Verify the home nursing instructions issued to beneficiaries. Retrieve information on service details previously entered and transmitted by the user.
2. Service Managers (Social Workers)
Monitor scheduled services and transmission statuses for each beneficiary contracted with their institution. Select and manage beneficiaries scheduled for visits on the current day, overseeing their benefit management. Input and transmit daily activity logs, including electronic signatures, for program managers and social workers. Record and transmit needs assessment records and long-term care benefit evaluation sheets.
3. Institution Administrators (Facility Directors)
Check scheduled services and transmission statuses for each contracted beneficiary within their organization. Authorize facility director electronic signatures on program manager and social worker activity logs.
4. Beneficiaries (Guardians)
Review today’s service schedule along with notifications for actual service start and end times. Access records of received services, including mobile-transmitted details. Provide electronic consent for long-term care benefit plans via electronic signatures.
