• Users are responsible for securely managing their smartphones to prevent loss or theft. In case of loss or theft, promptly contact the credit union and your communication service provider to deactivate the line and prevent unauthorized access.

The app utilizes current location information to send push notifications. By default, it employs GPS to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant information depending on the user's whereabouts.

Since GPS usage can significantly drain smartphone batteries, users are able to select low-battery consumption settings that disable GPS when desired. This measure helps conserve device power while maintaining functionality.

Please be aware that there are periods during which the service may be unavailable due to system maintenance or updates. Typical maintenance windows include daily from 5:00 AM to 5:20 AM, weekends from Saturday 10:00 PM to Sunday 8:00 AM, during year-end New Year holidays, and other scheduled times.
