[Guidelines for handling disabilities]

1. If the app installation or update is not working:

   • Check your data connection: If you are using an unstable Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch to a stable Wi-Fi environment or use 3G/LTE. Then, attempt to download again.

   • Go to [Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Storage] and delete data or clear cache. Then, try again.

2. If the app cannot be accessed or force closes:

   • Long press the KB Insurance app icon and go to ⓘ -> Storage -> Clear Cache/Data. Then, try reconnecting. If you are a step counter service user, re-agreement is required.

3. If you need to import a certificate:

   • To comply with Google's strengthened security policy, you need to register a co-certificate on your PC or another mobile device using [Import Certificate]. Then, you can use it. In addition to co-certificates, various authentication methods are available. Please refer to them for use.
