1. Enter the 15-digit subscriber code on the login screen and click the continue button.

2. If the subscriber information is correct in the pop-up window, click the confirm button. If the subscriber code is not found, it means the correct code has not been entered.

3. Once the confirmation button is clicked, the screen with available services will open.
A) From here, you can find out/pay your current balance from the learn/pay menu.
B) By selecting the invoice menu, you can view monthly energy consumption in kWh and as currency. This reflects your electricity usage over a month.
C) You can check the amounts you have paid for electricity consumption over 12 months from the payments menu.

4. If you are an SMS Meter subscriber, you can then access these services. To subscribe to the SMS Meter service and check your meter online, you must load SMS to your balance.
** The monthly SMS notification service fee is 2 AZN.

• 5. After entering the SMS Meter menu, you can increase your SMS balance.
  ** Your SMS balance - used to query the Meter online. These SMS are used to send commands to the meter and with a payment of 2 AZN, you receive 10 SMS.

6. Through this service, you can check your Meter's current balance by entering your meter number and password in the Meter query menu.
** When you subscribe to the SMS notification system, a "password" is sent to you by the system. By entering your password and meter number, you can find out your own and your meter's balance.

7. By entering your Meter number in the SMS Notification menu, you can receive information via SMS about any decrease in your balance. When your balance drops below 1 manat:
** "Dear subscriber with code xxxxxx, your balance has dropped below 1 AZN. Please top up your balance." This SMS notification is automatically sent to your phone.

8. By using the Increase SMS Balance menu and making a payment of 2 AZN, you can use the SMS Meter system.

9. By using the Meter Query menu and entering your SMS Meter number, you can find out your current balance on your meter.

10. When checking your Meter balance, within 5-7 seconds, your current real balance will be sent to your phone via SMS.

11. If you are not an SMS Meter subscriber, by using the main screen, you can find out/pay your bills and energy usage. You can also write to Azersu ASC for electronic suggestions and complaints.

12. By entering your name and surname in the Electronic Services section, you can submit an electronic application to Azersu ASC.
