Amendment to the National Tax Service Tax Law on April 1, 2016 Regarding Company Vehicle Management

Company vehicles are required to maintain a driving log, which must be submitted to the National Tax Service to validate expenses. Proper documentation and submission are essential to avoid substantial tax liabilities associated with corporate tax and comprehensive income tax.

The "Free Vehicle Driving Log App" has been developed for simplified management of vehicle driving logs.

• The app outputs records in the same format specified by the National Tax Service for "Company Vehicle Driving Logs," allowing users to download saved records as an Excel file at any time.

[How to Use - Automatic Driving Record] Smart Trip™

1. Pair the vehicle's Bluetooth with your smartphone.
2. Select Automatic Driving (Bluetooth) in settings.
3. Choose the paired Bluetooth device.

* Once the engine starts, the driving record automatically begins recording, and it is saved when the engine is turned off.

[How to Use - Manual Record]

1. At the start of the journey - press start button.
2. At the end of the journey - press stop button.
3. Edit or delete incorrect driving information as needed.
4. Save or download driving records as an Excel file if necessary.

* The status bar also allows for starting and stopping driving records.

• The driving distance is saved automatically using GPS, enabling effective vehicle management and detailed information editing.
• If there are identical start and destination points in the driving record, the purpose of use is also recorded automatically based on usage patterns (e.g., if commuting is consistent, it will automatically be labeled as "Commuting").
• In addition to driving records, this app can also be utilized for fuel expense settlements related to commercial vehicles, including gas charges and reimbursements.

[Data Usage]

• No data consumption occurs while driving. (Even when kept on all day, data usage remains at zero.)
• Data will be used during the following events:
• 1. When launching the app (permission check).
  2. When starting a journey (address search).
  3. When concluding a journey (address search and record transmission).
  4. When entering the main screen (list output).
  5. When editing or deleting driving records.
  6. During registration and login.
• * Data consumption for items 1-6 is minimal, usually not exceeding 1 megabyte as these actions primarily involve text transmission.

[Permissions Required]

• Access to location information is required to record driving logs.
• Background location access is necessary for smooth record keeping while using other applications or when the screen is off. We do not collect sensitive personal information that could significantly infringe upon user privacy (such as race, ideology, origin, political leanings, health status, etc.).
• Camera access is required for profile and bulletin board image uploads.
• Storage access is required for profile and bulletin board image uploads.

* Registration as a location-based service provider has been completed in South Korea for location information and personal data protection (licensed number 1170).

* All driving record data is secured with SSL certification and location coordinates are stored using digital encryption methods.
