• You can receive guidance and access, apply, and issue necessary civil petitions through the internet, without visiting administrative agencies, at any time and from anywhere.
• Over 5,000 types of civil petitions are available for individuals to receive information on processing agencies, required documents, fees, processing periods, relevant legal systems, etc. In addition, mobile services are provided for frequently used civil petition services. Furthermore, services provided by central government agencies, public organizations, and local government bodies are classified into 12 categories, providing customized services for individuals' daily lives through various means.
• The service is updated daily and provides a total of over 90,000 services categorized by field and customized.

2. Subsidy24

• Subsidy24 is a service that guides individuals in a personalized manner to various benefits (cash, goods, etc.) provided by the government without the need to visit various administrative agency websites or counters.
• In some cases, immediate applications are possible, and additional services for immediate application will continue to be added.

3. Policy Information

• Policy Information is a service that provides major news and policy information of central government agencies, local government bodies, public organizations, etc., as well as operational systems.
• With this update, you can now check government policy materials in one place. We provide news-oriented materials classified into policy news, research reports, and publications.
• We have classified content into 18 categories for user convenience and provide easy and convenient access to materials through policy information search function.
• In addition to this, we also provide basic information such as organizational charts, organization introductions, and budgets for central government agencies, as well as information on tasks and department contacts in central government agencies.
