Additionally, Yanjiyi allows for the backup of comments on previously saved Weibo posts. These interactions represent shared memories and discussions among friends.

All backed-up Weibo content is saved offline on the user's device. Even if posts are deleted from the official Weibo site, they remain accessible through Yanjiyi.

For users concerned about security, Yanjiyi includes a feature to export backups as text files or visually-rich PDF documents, which can be transferred to a computer or cloud storage. This ensures that even without access to Yanjiyi, users can still view their archived Weibo posts in PDF format.

The application's search functionality for backed-up Weibo posts is notably fast and comprehensive, requiring no internet data. This makes it particularly beneficial for users who utilize Weibo as a diary or resource.

It is important to note that Yanjiyi currently only supports the backup of the user's own Weibo posts and does not allow for backing up others' posts or videos.

• Upon first use, users will need to log into Weibo when clicking "Backup." If there is no response when clicking login, try opening weibo.cn in Safari to verify login capability.
• If the initial backup involves a large number of posts, consider backing up in segments; the process does not interfere with normal use of Weibo.

• A new feature allows for synchronization between backed-up Weibo posts on local devices and Apple iCloud, providing an additional layer of backup.
