The "Simple Payments" application is your pocket assistant for checking and paying traffic fines.

With the application, you have access to:

To CHECK FINES: Unpaid traffic fines can be checked by vehicle number or one of two documents: a driver's license or a vehicle registration certificate. Please note that fines issued using automatic photo and video recording equipment can only be checked using the vehicle registration certificate.

To PAY A FINE, you don’t need to go anywhere or stand in queues. All payments can be made remotely using your mobile phone and any bank card WITHOUT REGISTRATION. After completing the fine payment transaction, you will instantly receive a payment document. The entire transaction history with payment documents will be stored in your mobile phone application, which is very convenient.

Information about all payments made in our application is transferred to the State Information System for state and municipal payments (GIS GMP). This helps minimize the time recipients need to receive payment information, in compliance with legislation on the provision of state services (Federal Law No. 210-FZ "On the organization and provision of state and municipal services").

By making payments in our application, you can be assured of OPERATIONAL SECURITY: International payment systems Visa and MasterCard's Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is applied when working with card data, ensuring secure processing of bank card details.

The "Simple Payments" service is provided by LLC "Simple Payments" in partnership with NKO “MONETA” and PJSC “MTS Bank”.

RECEIVE INSTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NEW FINES:

After conducting a check for traffic fines in the application, the data for verification is saved in the "Check" tab, in the "Saved Details" section. You will no longer need to re-enter personal information, and you will receive notifications when new traffic fines appear for all previously verified document details.

If you no longer wish to receive notifications, you can easily disable them.
