About this application

Get access to electronic services of the Pension Fund in a convenient format.

The "Pension Fund" mobile application provides:

• Access to electronic services of the Pension Fund from mobile devices.
• Access for all working individuals (insured persons) to information contained in the electronic social insurance account, including personal data, wages, and information about accrued insurance experience.
• Protection of the rights of insured persons by monitoring the payment of insurance premiums by insurers.
• Access for pensioners to electronic pension records.
• Instant access to the Electronic Registry of Incapacity Certificates.
• Improved service quality.

The "Pension Fund" mobile application makes communication with the Pension Fund as convenient and efficient as possible.

Main features:

• For insured persons - view information from the Registry of Insured Persons (personal data, wage information provided by the employer (insurer), paid insurance premiums, acquired insurance experience).
• For pensioners - view information from the Electronic Pension Record.
• For all users - view the status of inquiries submitted to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, including attached documents; verification of documents and certificates generated in the personal electronic cabinet; receiving and viewing messages from the Pension Fund.

The following features will be implemented soon:

• Submission of documents for pension appointment/recalculation with a single touch (ePension).
• Change of notification parameters.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Viewing electronic incapacity certificates for an insured person.
• Submitting requests for the formation of electronic incapacity certificates by an insured person.
• Agreement on the registration of electronic incapacity certificates at the request of insurers.

To use the application, the user must have:

• A qualified electronic signature key (formerly known as EDS) for access to the full range of features.
• or pre-registration on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal through a web browser, in which case user data is anonymized.

A test version of the mobile application is currently available.
