This application is designed for residents. It allows users to pay utility bills, submit meter readings, file requests and inquiries using a mobile phone or tablet. The app enables apartment owners to access their personal account provided by the management company, HOA, or housing cooperative. Through the application, users can:

• Submit water and electricity meter readings;
• Request repair works and monitor their progress;
• File inquiries and track their processing;
• Pay invoices for housing and communal services;
• View current repair requests submitted by neighbors;
• Access useful contact numbers for communal and emergency services servicing their building;
• Receive news and notifications from the management organization (e.g., about repair works, water shutdowns).

To gain access to the personal account, residents must contact their management organization. Information about it can be found on the utility bill. This application is integrated with the software product for the housing and communal services market called "System C-300." The functionality of the personal account is constantly expanding and improving with the introduction of new services!
