The platform intermediates all financial transactions, providing users with a secure environment for their exchanges. This feature allows users to purchase already completed original character designs. Unlike commissioned work, character sales facilitate a straightforward purchasing process without detailed discussions. It is important to note that these sales involve the transfer of copyright. Users are advised not to offer any creations other than their own designs.

Secure Transaction System
The transaction process consists of four steps, minimizing the risk of losing funds or works for both buyers and creators:

1. Consult with the creator and submit a purchase request.
2. A simplified purchase process with screening at the transaction stage; payment occurs post-delivery.
3. Engage with the creator throughout the creation phase until project completion.
4. If both parties are satisfied, final delivery occurs, at which point payment is made to the creator.

The "CHEER!" function allows users to support creators. Note that features such as increased funding during transactions and an extension of transaction periods will be implemented soon. Additionally, phone number verification is now mandatory for buyers during transactions.

About Fees
Transaction fees apply under the following circumstances:

• For Creators:
  - Commission rate upon successful transaction: 11%–22% of the product price
  - Transfer fee for earnings: ¥262
• For Buyers:
  - Convenience store payment option: ¥220
  - Flat "CHEER!" fee: 22%
