KB Klíč 3.9.2

The KB Klíč app provides a secure method of verifying your identity and logging into MojeBanka online banking and Komerční banka's other online apps. With this app, you no longer need to enter a texted code for authentication, and you can conveniently authorize payments.

To activate KB Klíč, you will need the following:

• KB ID, which can be found in the Electronic Signature Agreement or can be your username/email
• An activation code that can be obtained at a KB branch or when logging into mujprofil.kb.cz without using KB Klíč

During the activation process, you will have the opportunity to set a PIN and, if supported by your phone, configure fingerprint recognition. It is important to note that Komerční banka does not have access to your fingerprints, as they are securely stored on your device.

If your phone is connected to the internet, the activation confirmation request will be received automatically. Simply check and confirm the request. In the event that you are offline, select the "The device is not connected to the internet" option on your computer. Then, using the KB Klíč app, scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen and confirm it with your PIN or fingerprint. Finally, enter the generated code on your computer.

Please be aware that if you enter an incorrect PIN five times, access to KB Klíč will be blocked. In such cases, you can activate the app using an activation code obtained from an ATM, a KB branch, or when logging into mujprofil.kb.cz without using KB Klíč.

It's worth mentioning that KB Klíč will not work if you have reinstalled software on your phone and your platform (root) is not protected. These security measures are in place to safeguard your information.
