DPIP (Disaster Prevention Information Platform) is an app designed by a local team in Taiwan, integrating real-time strong earthquake alerts and seismic information from TREM (Taiwan Real-time Earthquake Monitoring Network), along with data from the Central Weather Bureau, to provide a comprehensive, unified, and convenient disaster prevention information application.

Currently in testing phase, some information or features may contain errors. We appreciate your understanding. Feel free to join the public testing to access the latest testing version.

Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) provides immediate alerts by utilizing earthquake wave observation stations deployed in various locations. When an earthquake occurs, the measured seismic waves are transmitted back to servers for calculation and generation of earthquake early warnings. This allows you to gain a few seconds or even tens of seconds to prepare for disaster response and evacuation measures.
