1. 1. Spam Call Notification/Silent/Blocking
   Real-time notification/silent/blocking works when receiving calls or messages from spam phone numbers such as advertisements and voice phishing. (Note: Only notifications are allowed for messages.)
2. 2. Caution Call Notification/Silent/Blocking
   Even for phone numbers without spam reports, based on activity and presence of similar numbers, a 'caution' will be shown, and depending on the caution level, silent/block options are provided.
3. 3. Important/Location Call Notification
   By providing important/location phone numbers like customer service centers or restaurants, you won't miss any important calls. (If not registered, you can register them directly).
4. 4. Free Offline DB Provision (Dual SIM Support)
   You can effectively block spam phone numbers (even on dual SIM) through the offline DB that updates automatically daily. (Updates are possible only in Wi-Fi mode.)
5. 5. Lightweight with Essential Features Only
   We provide only essential spam blocking features, making it light and easy to use. Unnecessary features are not included.

Previous Message Notification Update
After the Android 13 (Galaxy OneUI 5.0) update, there was an issue with real-time message display showing older messages instead of the latest ones. This issue has been fixed in version 1.14.25; please update to the latest version.

App Malfunction Notice
From Android P (9) onwards, if app 'running in the background' is restricted, features like real-time display and call blocking may not function properly. Please enable 'Running in background' in device settings [Applications] - [The Call app] - [Battery] - [Background running], or activate 'Exclude from battery optimization' in app settings.

Blocking Function Failure Notice
If on Android O (8.0) with 'Android Security Patch Level' post-April 2018, access to the 'Call disconnect function' may be blocked, leading to issues with the 'Call blocking function.' If the blocked number is not being blocked as set, for Android M (6.0) or newer, please use 'Silent mode.'

Addition: Starting from version 1.10.0, due to a security patch, spam call blockings are automatically replaced by silent mode. You can verify whether the block function is enabled during block settings and spam call block settings.
Addition: From version 1.13.8 for Android P(9) and version 1.13.9 for Android 10(Q), new permissions and call blocking methods are supported.

Real-time Display Delay Notice
If memory (RAM) cleaning apps like Samsung Galaxy's 'Memory Guardian' app clear all memory (RAM), there might be delays in the 'Real-time Display' functionality due to app restarts. Please add The Call app to 'Excluded apps' in your currently used 'Memory (RAM) cleaning app.

Addition: Enabling Samsung Galaxy series' 'Good Guardians' - 'Battery Guardians' auto-optimization may automatically add The Call app as a 'Power-saving app,' causing issues with 'Real-time Display.' Add The Call app to 'Do not optimize battery' in Battery Guardian or activate 'Exclude from battery optimization' in app settings.

Delay in Top Notification Notice
If Samsung Galaxy series is used with Android 11 and top notifications appear late, add The Call app under Device settings [Battery and Device Care] - [Battery] - [Restrict Background Usage] - [Power-saving Exclusions], or activate 'Exclude from battery optimization' in app settings.

The Call Permission Guidelines
The Call demands only minimum permissions. If using Android M(6.0) or later versions, access permissions are required only for certain functions; services can be utilized even without granting optional permissions.

Since Android OS has significantly changed its consent system since version M(6.0), check if your smartphone's software update function enables upgrading your device's operating system to Android M(6.0) or above. Even after upgrading the operating system, existing app access permissions remain unchanged; thus, to reset access permissions, you must delete and reinstall previously installed apps.
