The VakıfBank Mobile Banking application enables easy and fast banking on the go. With a single password, you can easily and securely perform your banking transactions. The Mobile Banking application allows you to view your account balance, information, and statement, as well as quickly and easily make money transfers, investments, credit card transactions, and payments.

With the VakıfBank Mobile Banking application, you also have access to our new security product, Cep İmza. Cep İmza is a security application that provides transaction security and allows you to use the VakıfBank Internet and Mobile Banking channels in a more secure and convenient way. For transactions made through Internet Banking, Cep İmza uses detailed confirmation screens to ensure secure banking.

After downloading the application, follow the activation steps and create your personalized application password to start enjoying easy banking. Please note that the Mobile Application and Cep İmza are currently only available for individual customers.

We have also introduced our smartwatch application, which is compatible with all devices running Wear OS. With your smartwatch, you can track real-time market information, find the nearest VakıfBank branches and ATMs, and quickly reach our customer communication center.

To use our application more efficiently, we may require certain permissions. Below, you can find the reasons for these permissions:

• Phone permissions: Permission is requested to allow contact with the Vakıfbank Call Center through the application. Vakıfbank will not make any calls without your permission.
• Location permissions: Required to access the nearest Vakıfbank branches and ATMs on the nearest Vakıfbank screen.
• Google services access permission: Necessary for using Google Maps to locate the nearest branches and ATMs.
• Network and Wi-Fi connection permissions: Required to connect to the internet and use the application.
• SMS reading permission: For automatic verification by entering the SMS password sent by Vakıfbank on your behalf.
• Photo/Media content permission: Necessary for storing application images on your phone to enhance performance.
• Identity permission: Required to access Google services and deliver Cep İmza notifications.
