SBI Shinsei Bank's official smartphone application offers a range of convenient features for customers. One notable benefit is the unlimited number of free withdrawals from partner convenience store ATMs, which is available without a frequency restriction (Starting April 1, 2024, standard customers can withdraw up to five times per month for free). From account opening to transfers, balance inquiries, and even foreign currency deposit transactions or securities account balance checks, all can be managed using this single app. The app employs smartphone authentication to prevent unauthorized transactions by malicious third parties. Users transitioning from the old version (2.3.0) to the new version (3.0.0 onwards) will need to log in with their account number and password initially and then reconfigure their biometric authentication settings.

• Instantly check account balances, transaction details, and regular deposit balances from the home screen. Additionally, users can view their asset allocation screen, displaying not only bank account balances but also balances from SBI Securities and Monex Securities accounts if applicable.
