What is the DISC Behavior Type Pattern Test?

Established by Dr. Marston of Columbia University in the United States in 1928, this method examines human behavior patterns. People naturally exhibit different types of behaviors in their daily lives, which Dr. Marston categorized into four types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. DISC stands for the initials of these four types.
