Upgrade Instructions for Previous Version

• If you are uninstalling the previous version and reinstalling, please ensure to delete the app data after installing the new version by navigating on your smartphone to [Settings > Applications > Aon Smart > Storage > Clear Data], then launching the app again.

What is Aon Smart?

• This is an application that enables users to transmit insurance claim documents by capturing photographs using a mobile device (smartphone).

Eligible Users

• Employees of organizations insured through Aon Korea Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. are eligible to use this service.
• Note that the app supports only medical expense claims; claims for diagnosis payments, permanent disability, or death benefits are not supported.

Important Information

1. Once insurance claim documents are successfully transmitted through the app, users should receive a confirmation message or push notification indicating receipt. Only then has the submission been completed correctly.
2. If additional documentation is requested or if there are any missing items, our company may contact you for further information.
3. The insurance claim process can be initiated at any time, 24 hours a day. However, submissions to insurance companies are processed on their business days, from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
4. As the documents contain personal and sensitive information, all submissions are solely for the purpose of processing insurance claims with the insurance company. They will not be used commercially or shared. Images sent after the claim submission are deleted after processing.
