The Aladin eBook viewer offers a wide range of layout options, as well as diverse and stable functionality.

With this e-book app, you can read e-books on various devices such as smartphones, phablets, tablets, and e-ink devices with optimized viewer resolution.

You can freely read e-books on up to 5 devices per account. The automatic synchronization feature allows you to synchronize your "bookmark/memo scrap information" and "reading page information" across multiple devices, so you can access them anytime, anywhere.

eBook Viewer FAQ:

1. Q: I ordered an eBook, but it doesn't appear in the viewer. What should I do?
   A: Please check the order status on your mobile browser, Aladin shopping app, My Account page, or PC. If it shows "Preparing for Shipment" instead of "Order Completed," it means the order processing is incomplete due to a network issue. In this case, the purchase history will not be displayed in the viewer. Please report it to Aladin's customer center via 1:1 consultation in My Account page > eBooks > Trouble Report Center or call 1544-2514. If the status is "Order Completed" but still not visible in the viewer, there may be content errors. Please report it to Aladin's customer center via 1:1 consultation in My Account page > eBooks > Trouble Report Center or call 1544-2514.
2. Q: The purchased book doesn't appear in my purchase history.
   A: Pull down the purchase history screen to refresh and synchronize the entire list. If it still doesn't appear, it is highly likely that the order was not processed correctly. Please report it to Aladin's customer center through 1:1 consultation on My Account page > eBooks > Trouble Report Center or call 1544-2514.
3. Q: I bought a series book, but it is listed separately.
   A: It is possible that the book has not been processed as part of a series. After reporting the issue to the customer center, you can refresh and synchronize the entire purchase history by pulling down the screen.
4. Q: When trying to read a downloaded book, I receive a message saying "Cannot find book file."
   A: The book file may have been deleted by an external app (especially V3). If you use the cleaner function after downloading the book, please exclude Aladin eBook app.
