The "Smart Certificate Management" app is a mobile application provided free of charge to facilitate the security and certification solutions offered by Korea Security Certification (KSA).

1. What is Smart Certificate Management?
   This application, based on smartphones, provides security and certification solutions using authorized certificates.
2. What is Smart Certification Service?
   The Smart Certification Service allows for identity verification using the authorized certificate stored on the user's smartphone.
3. Key Features
   
   • The app stores authorized certificates based on partnerships with web services (to be used via PC Windows web browsers).
   • Users can perform identity verification through partnered mobile web services utilizing the authorized certificates saved in the Smart Certificate Management app.
4. Important Notes
   
   • For customer information protection during smartphone service maintenance, please delete any certificates stored in the Smart Certificate Management app prior to receiving service.
   • If you no longer intend to use the app, ensure that all authorized certificates are deleted before uninstalling the application for customer information protection.
   • Please remove any expired certificates from the app.
   • In case of smartphone loss, ensure that you revoke and reissue your certificate through the issuing authority.
   • Modifying the smartphone platform's structure may cause the Smart Certificate Management app to malfunction.
   • Overseas network usage will incur international charges; caution is advised when using roaming services due to potential high costs.
   • If you enter your password incorrectly five times consecutively when selecting a certificate, the authentication function will be disabled and must be restarted.
   • Ensure that your certificate password does not leak to others; it must be between 10 and 64 characters long and may consist of a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters or individual use of those elements. Continuous or repetitive numbers, as well as the use of phone numbers, are restricted for secure certificate usage.
