The 'Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report' app provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government allows citizens to report various inconveniences they experience in their daily lives using their smartphones, anytime and anywhere. Reported inconveniences are received by the Seoul '120 Dasan Call Center' and promptly handled by the respective department. The progress and results of the handling can also be checked through the 'Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report' app.

• 1. Inconvenience reporting: Report all types of inconveniences related to transportation, environment, road maintenance, facilities, etc.
  • Feature to indicate the reporting location on the map
  • Ability to attach on-site photos
  • Feature to save reporter's name and phone number
  2. Results inquiry: Check the handling results of your reported inconveniences
  • Ability to view detailed report information and handling results

Please note the following information regarding access permissions:

• Required access permissions:
• 1. - Storage: Used to send or store photos, videos, and files on this device
  2. - Camera: Necessary permissions for taking photos and recording videos to attach as essential supporting evidence for reports
• Optional access permissions:
• • - Location: Access permission to this device's location is used for location-based map services. (You can still make a report even if not allowed, but if not allowed, the reported location may not be accurate, resulting in less effective handling of the report.)

You can allow or deny each permission in the application settings, but please be aware that if the required access permissions are denied, the normal functionalities of the app cannot be used.

Please take note of the following:

1. The location selection function when making an inconvenience report uses 3G/4G, WiFi (wireless LAN), and GPS information to determine the location. However, please be aware that errors may occur depending on the surrounding environment such as large buildings or indoors. In cases where GPS is not available and location confirmation is not possible using wireless networks, accuracy can be very low.
2. The Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report only accepts and handles reports related to facilities managed by or delegated to the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
