Service Introduction

The Mobile Box is an application used to transmit proof of mileage insurance, which is an additional clause for auto insurance sold by Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance.

By utilizing the Mobile Box, you can easily and securely handle everything from taking photos to submitting the required documentation to insurance companies.

How to Use:

• Upon receiving a request for photo submission from your insurance company, download and launch the app.
• Select the insurance company and input identifiable unique information.
• Take photos of your vehicle's license plate and odometer, then submit them to the insurance company.

Usage Precautions:

• After the first photo capture, you have a limited time (180 seconds) to complete the second photo capture for proof documentation.
• The license plate photo must show the entire front of the vehicle and be clear enough to identify the plate number.
• The odometer photo must clearly display the mileage for identification.
• If the identification of license plates and odometers is not clear, the assessment may be rejected.
