This app cannot be used on modified operating systems (rooted, custom ROM, etc.) in order to provide a secure financial service.

We recommend installing the app before visiting a financial institution branch to ensure it runs properly. (If you are unable to use the app after changing to a digital OTP for security purposes, you must revisit the branch.)

• Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Daegu Bank, Suhyup Bank, Gyeongnam Bank, IBK Industrial Bank, Citibank Korea, Jeonbuk Bank, National Credit Union
• More financial institutions will be added in the future.

What is a digital OTP?

A joint service provided by financial institutions that offers an authentication code for use in financial transactions.

To use the service, install the app and visit the desired financial institution branch to receive a digital OTP [registration].

The registration process is as follows:

[In-person registration]

1. Visit the financial institution branch.
2. Ask the branch employee to "register for digital OTP."
3. If requested by the branch employee, provide the received registration code (5 digits) via SMS message.
4. Receive digital OTP installation instructions and app registration code from the branch employee.
5. Install and run the digital OTP app, enter the app registration code, and complete issuance.

[Remote registration]

1. Retrieve the remote identification app and receive remote identification and app registration code through it.
2. Install and run the digital OTP app, enter the app registration code, and complete issuance.

Please note:

• Only available for individual customers.
• Only one app can be used on one smartphone per person.
• Registration must be completed by the financial institution to use the service.
• If your phone number or smartphone changes, you must re-register with the financial institution.
• Repeated errors in app passwords and authentication codes will result in restricted usage.
• Financial institutions will not request authentication codes except for internet banking and banking apps.
• In case of loss or theft of your smartphone, please report it to the financial institution branch or customer center.
• For any other inquiries, please refer to the instruction manual and FAQs of the digital OTP app.

[Required access privilege information]

• Phone access privilege: The phone number is used for customer identification and the device ID is used for enhanced security.

[Optional access privilege information]

• Overlay permission: Used for convenience purposes.

* If your Android operating system version is below 6.0, you cannot control app access privileges individually. An operating system upgrade is required for access privilege control.
