New Product User App Guide:
Customers using the new 2023 models (EQM595/565/555 & EME520/521) are unable to utilize NaviN Mate and can access services via the NaviN Smart app. NaviN Mate - Warm thoughts on sleep.

• Smart NaviN Mate: Register your devices at home. Manage multiple devices (applicable to Wi-Fi models only).
• Easily Control Temperatures Remotely: Turn on your devices in advance via your smartphone and feel the warmth instantly.
• Sleep Mode for Comfortable Sleeping: Adjust the temperature to prevent waking up due to feeling too cold or hot, ensuring an optimal warmth experience.
• Enhanced and Diverse Reservation Functions: Conveniently use reservation functions tailored to your lifestyle patterns.

* NaviN Mate app is only available for Bluetooth or Wi-Fi-supported models. (Compatible with smartphones supporting BLE 4.0).

* To use the NaviN Mate app, membership registration and device enrollment are required. (Wi-Fi models).

* Screens may differ depending on the product.

* International release products are not compatible for integration. Please use the corresponding country's app.

App Access Permissions Guide:
Required Access Permissions:
- Location: Necessary for Bluetooth usage during device integration and router search during Wi-Fi model connection.
Optional Access Permissions:
- Notifications: Required to provide automatic shutdown timer operation, announcements, reservations, weather integration suggestions, and error information.
* Declining optional permissions will still allow app usage but may restrict certain functions.
