Main service overview:

1. Integrated Financial Services:
At Kyobo Life, which has been renewed with integrated financial and asset management, you can now access insurance, retirement pension, loans, funds, trust services, and personal data with just one membership sign-up and login.
2. Open to Everyone:
With a simple registration process, anyone can become a digital member and enjoy various cultural, artistic, and literary services beyond financial tasks, whether they are members or non-members.
3. Contract Information at a Glance:
You can now view your insurance, retirement pension, loans, and trust/fund accounts on one screen and handle financial tasks.
4. Consistent Service Everywhere:
You can access the same services from three digital channels (PC web, mobile web, app) no matter where you are.
5. Diverse and Convenient Authentication and Security:
We provide various authentication methods such as simple passwords, biometrics (fingerprint for Android, face for iPhone), Kakao Pay, Toss, Naver, financial institutions, and mutual authentication certificates. We have further enhanced financial security through digital OTP and security cards.
6. Integrated Asset Management with MyData (Peach):
You can easily manage scattered financial/non-financial asset information from various financial institutions with Peach, a financial secretary that manages financial schedules. You can easily see your retirement preparation status through integrated asset management with MyData Peach.

4) App Access Authorization Guide:

[Required Access Authorization]

• Phone Number: We use this permission for preventing app tampering, checking login records, and managing phone calls.
• Storage Space: We use this permission for logging in with a mutual authentication certificate and sending a mutual authentication certificate, which requires access to device photos, media, and files.

[Optional Access Authorization]

• Camera, Photos: We use this permission for services such as applying for accident insurance claims, IRP membership services, and utilizing user photos for financial MyData, for capturing documents and registering stored document photos.
• Location: We use this permission to access the location of this device, for services such as finding/navigating to nearby customer plazas or branches.

* You can use the app without consenting to optional access permissions, but there may be limitations on some services.

* You can give or revoke access permissions in "Settings > Applications > Kyobo Life > Permissions". (For Android 6.0 and above)

* If you are using an Android version below 6.0, all permissions will be applied as required access permissions without optional access permissions. If your OS can be upgraded, please upgrade to Android 6.0 or above, delete and reinstall the app to enable access permission settings.

* Please note that data charges may apply when downloading and using the app over 3G/LTE from mobile carriers.

* When using public wireless networks, mobile financial services may be risky.
