1. This service is strictly limited to personal use (no proxy).
2. This application is exclusively designed for non-face-to-face identification verification and can only be accessed through Gwangju Bank's mobile banking app, "My Cool Bank."
3. If a financial transaction is not completed, the submitted identification will be deleted, and customer information will be securely managed.
4. When using video calls, customers may incur data charges depending on their service plan.
