The content is crafted with reference to entrance exam materials from prestigious institutions such as the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and various national medical universities. Care has been taken to ensure comprehensive coverage of significant topics found in standard chemistry textbooks.

For less common topics, sources are provided for clarity. For instance, the chemical formula for phosphine is attributed to the University of Tokyo.

Data has been compiled from:

• 30 years of entrance exam questions from the University of Tokyo
• 25 years from Kyoto University
• Over 20 years from Tokyo Institute of Technology
• 20 years from Osaka University
• 10 years from Nagoya University
• 7 years focused on science and engineering faculties at Waseda and Keio Universities
• Approximately 20 sets from national medical university entrance exams
• 4 years (about 150 sets) of nationwide national chemistry entrance exams (2016-2020)
• Center Test questions from 1990 to 2021 (including both main and supplementary tests)
