Reasons for Counting Fetal Movements: 
Fetal movements are the actions of the fetus in the uterine cavity that impact the uterine wall. Feeling these movements is an important part of prenatal fetal monitoring. The frequency, speed, and strength of fetal movements indicate the well-being of the fetus.

Sensations of Fetal Movements: 
Each pregnant mother feels fetal movements differently. Some may liken it to fish swimming in their belly or digestive rumblings. These movements become more frequent and vigorous as the fetus grows, eventually leading to clear sensations of tiny kicks.

Methods for Counting Fetal Movements: 
Method 1: Pregnant women can start counting fetal movements from 28 weeks onwards. Monitor movements for one hour in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with at least 3 movements per hour. Multiply the total movements by 4; a result less than 30 or fewer than 10 should prompt immediate medical attention. 
Method 2: Recommended after dinner when fetal movements are more frequent. Record the time taken for 10 movements. If 10 movements occur within 2 hours, it indicates normal activity; otherwise, consult a doctor promptly.

Contraction refers to the regular tightening of the uterus and is a critical monitoring indicator in prenatal check-ups. Regular uterine contractions are the main sign of labor beginning.
