How to Use:

1. Enable the GPS function.
2. Install the device on a vehicle or individual.
3. Press the "Start Trip" button to begin fare calculation.
4. Commence travel.
5. Stop and press the "Payment" button to finalize the fare.

Functionality:

• Press the red and green areas on the bottom right of the screen to access the menu.
• Customization options are available for base fare and initial distance.
• The default setting is for taxis operating within Tokyo's metropolitan area.
• The app disables sleep mode upon activation.

Settings:

The default configuration employs both GPS and network for location tracking. Turning off the network in the settings may improve fare accuracy, but may decrease accuracy in areas without satellite visibility. Debug information displayed on the screen (such as travel distance) can be disabled from the settings menu.

Location Information:

The app utilizes location data in the background to ensure accurate measurements, even when calls or other applications are in use during fare calculation. The app does not track location data outside of trip calculations. While location information may be used for advertising purposes, it is neither stored nor reused by the application.

Important Notes:

• Operating illegitimate taxi services is prohibited under transportation laws.
• This app can serve as a tool to evaluate whether conventional taxi fares are appropriate.
• As distances are measured via GPS, there may be discrepancies between this app’s calculated fare and actual taxi fares.
• In areas where GPS signals are unavailable, such as underground or tunnel locations, fares may not be calculated correctly.
