Online Ticket Refunds

• You can process a full refund if there are more than 8 hours until departure. To initiate a refund, navigate to the "My Tickets" section and enter the document number associated with your ticket. Both partial refunds for specific passengers and full order refunds are available.

The ticket prices include a service charge. The total amount is displayed on the purchase confirmation screen and includes fees for payment intermediaries as well as expenses related to service support and development. No service charge is applied to children's tickets labeled as "without seat."

This service leverages technology provided by LLC "RZD - Digital Passenger Solutions." The sub-agent offers electronic travel documents and services on behalf of railway carriers under contract No. FPK-22-316 dated December 27, 2022, between LLC "RZD-Digital Passenger Solutions" and JSC "FPK," as well as pursuant to Service Agreement No. IM-314 concerning the use of the Web System dated December 29, 2017.
