The platform also allows for payment processing and submission of utility meter readings.

The interaction processes between utility providers and consumers are built upon a Unified Integration Platform (UIP), which encompasses two types of personal cabinets: the "Consumer Personal Cabinet" and the "Provider/Participant Personal Cabinet."
