• The Dom Khorosho app features a user-friendly search by keywords where you can find projects by metro station or part of the name. Utilize filters to quickly narrow down suitable apartments based on desired criteria like area size, number of rooms, or floor level.
• Browse projects on the map to choose a location that fits your needs. You can even draw a specific search area on the map for projects in selected regions of Moscow or St. Petersburg.
• While viewing project and apartment listings, you can leave personal notes and add favorite properties for easy comparison.

Online Purchase

• Select a convenient payment method, including applying for a mortgage directly through Dom Khorosho in the app's personal account area. Fill out an application, upload necessary documents, specify loan amount and terms all in one place. The app provides various mortgage program options from partner banks for you to choose from. If you already have an approved mortgage from your bank, you can transfer confirmation documents by uploading them in your account.

Online Move-In

• In the new app, you can independently move in online at any time without requiring assistance from a manager.
