Operations with Search Filters (RSS Subscriptions)

• Add
  1. Create a search query and execute it on the government procurement portal at zakupki.gov.ru. This can be done using any installed browser or using the built-in search form and browser within the application, accessed via the "Add" button (the plus icon in the upper right).
  2. On the results page, click on the "RSS" link (or orange icon to the right of "Registry of Purchases and Orders").
  3. An "Add RSS Subscription" window should open. Enter a description (name) for your search filter and click the "Add" button.
• Delete
  1. Long press on the name of the search filter to open the context menu.
  2. Select "Delete" from the menu.
  3. Confirm deletion.
• Rename
  1. Long press on the name of the search filter to open the context menu.
  2. Select "Properties" from the menu.
  3. Edit the name.
  4. Save changes.
• Edit Search Parameters
  1. Long press on the name of the search filter to open the context menu.
  2. Select "Open in Browser" from the menu.
  3. Click on "Edit Search Parameters."
  4. Edit your search query and perform a search.
  5. On the results page, click on the "RSS" link.
  6. An "Add RSS Subscription" window should open. Enter a description (name) for your search filter and click "Add."
  7. If necessary, delete your old search filter.

Operations with Announcements

• Run Monitoring Manually - select "Refresh" from the main menu.
• Mark as Read - tap the green envelope icon.
• Add to Favorites - tap the star icon.
• View Extended Information - tap on the announcement text.
• Email or Bluetooth Share - long press on an announcement to invoke the context menu and select "Send."
• Download Auction Documentation - long press on an announcement to invoke the context menu, select "Open in Browser," go to "Purchase Documents," download necessary documents, then close the browser window.
• View Downloaded Auction Documentation - tap on the name of the downloaded file.
• Find Downloaded Announcement - tap on the magnifying glass icon, enter a keyword (price/number/item), and perform a search.
• Delete Read Announcements - select "Clear" from the main menu (this will also remove all downloaded auction documentation).

Usage Recommendations

• Set up an automatic update schedule that fits your work routine. By default, updates occur from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every two hours. Automatic updates are disabled while roaming by default.
• Create search filters that yield a reasonable number of announcements between updates—no more than 100. If a filter exceeds this number in one update operation, consider breaking it into smaller parts or adjusting automatic updates to run more frequently.
• Deleted announcements can be reloaded from the government procurement portal during updates; thus, it is advisable to delete read announcements when they accumulate excessively or perhaps once a month.

Limitations

• The free trial version of this application limits users to no more than three search filters. Exceeding this limit disables update functionality. To remove this limitation, you must subscribe to either a monthly or annual paid plan. More details about subscriptions can be found at: Google Play Support.
