The Online Invoicing mobile application, developed by the NTCA, offers a free invoicing solution available for smart devices running on the iOS operating system.

Functionality and Objectives

The application serves to consolidate essential features and functions of the Online Invoice System and Online Invoicing Program into a portable platform.

Requirements for Usage

• Registration with the Online Invoice System
• iOS 11.0 or later
• Active internet connection

• Creation of various types of invoices
• Real-time submission of invoice data to the NTCA
• Viewing and sharing PDF invoices
• Managing customer profiles
• Including products in invoices

Upon installation, access can be granted through the use of a QR code or primary and secondary user IDs. The primary user retains the authority to adjust permissions for secondary users within the Online Invoice System.

The application menu clearly outlines the functions corresponding to the Online Invoice System and Online Invoicing Program interfaces. Users can also customize the language settings to English or German within the application's menu.
