Precautions before Use

The mobile banking service is provided to KDB Life Insurance customers. Upon initial installation, a public certification is required. You can send the public certificate to your mobile device through the PC KDB Life Insurance website and then log in. After the initial login, you can easily log in using a simple (PIN) number verification or fingerprint authentication.

App Access Permission Guide

In accordance with the revised "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and its enforcement decree, the following access permissions are required for the mobile banking app:

1. Storage Access (Required): It is used for public certificates/documents and photo attachments.
2. Phone Call (Required): It is used to connect to call centers and designated insurance agents.
3. Camera and Photo Album (Optional): It is used to capture required documents when filing insurance claims and import image files or photos from the user's mobile device.
4. Location Information (Optional): It is used to guide users to the nearest branch based on their mobile device location.
5. Push Notifications (Optional)

* Except for the required access permissions, all services excluding 3, 4, and 5 can be used without granting access permissions.

* App access permissions can be changed separately in the "Settings" of the user's mobile device.
