Note: All delete functions within the software are executed via a swipe gesture. To delete an entry, simply swipe left on the item in question.

Functionality Overview:

1. Bookkeeping: Simplified operation allows quick input of income, expenses, bills, and transfers. Users can also attach photos for record-keeping purposes.
2. Bill Payment: Supports setting recurring cycles, reminders before due dates, overdue notifications, and can function as a to-do list. Modifications include options to mark bills as transferred but not yet deducted—these appear in blue to indicate pending deduction. Additionally, automatic deduction offsetting feature is available after bill settlement.
3. Calendar: Displays all income, expense, payment (paid/unpaid), and transfer records with visual indicators—blue dots for income, red for expenses, black for unpaid bills on specific days, gray for paid bills, and green for transfers—providing comprehensive financial overview.
4. Mini Calculator: Embedded calculator assists in rapid amount calculations with seamless integration into data entries.
5. Account Management: Displays current assets, liabilities, and total balances. Multiple accounts can be created with individual balance displays; accounts or items can be closed or hidden to facilitate clear asset management.
6. Tag Management: Enables tagging specific transactions for statistical analysis of particular categories such as travel or business expenses.
7. Reports & Analytics: Provides category-based analysis, balance sheets, pie charts, keyword search, and sorting by amount—empowering users with detailed financial insights at any time.
8. Dropbox Export: Facilitates exporting data in Excel format for archiving or further analysis.
9. Cloud Backup via Dropbox: Offers straightforward options to export, backup, and restore data using Dropbox; files are stored in the path Install Dropbox Path\Apps\iMMIG\ (e.g., C:\My Dropbox\Apps\iMMIG\).
10. Reminders & Notifications: Allows setting default reminder times per user preference or per transaction. Includes persistent overdue bill alerts and general backup prompts.
11. Password Protection: Ensures data security with optional password lock; supports facial recognition and fingerprint unlocking for quick access without passwords.
12. Budget Setting: Users can specify separate budgets for expenditure and bill payments on yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily bases.
13. Apple Watch Support: Enables onsite access to financial summaries such as upcoming bills during the week; real-time reminders; instant viewing of daily income/expenses/preferences/asset totals directly on your wrist.

15. Multi-Currency Accounts:
    • Allows transfers between local currency accounts and foreign currency accounts; flexible exchange rate entry; real-time conversions; customizable exchange rates per foreign currency account; automatic calculation of total assets/liabilities combining local and foreign currencies (asset values are primarily in local currency).
16. iCloud Backup Support: Provides automatic backups, data restore options, synchronization across iPhone and iPad devices to maintain consistency in your financial records.
17. Notification Center & Bill Reminders: Keeps you informed of upcoming payments to prevent any missed bills.
