El Camino del Corazón serves as an invitation to embark on a spiritual journey aimed at aligning one’s heart with the compassionate mission of Jesus Christ throughout the world. It encourages individuals to engage deeply with the heart of reality, where the Risen Christ is actively working. The text underscores the belief that human experiences—such as family, work, leisure, friendships, education, nature, art, and science—can serve as avenues for encountering the divine.

This spiritual journey is not prescriptive in terms of “what to do”; rather, it beckons individuals to embody a specific way of being and living “like Jesus,” fostering a deep responsiveness to the Holy Spirit. The focus is on entering into the dynamics of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to cultivate an apostolic availability. The goal is for our entire lives to be molded in Christ’s image, marked by his characteristics of readiness to serve.

Our mission within the Prayer Network is to orient our lives toward the mission of Jesus Christ, as reflected in the contemporary challenges faced by humanity and articulated through monthly prayer intentions provided by the Pope. These challenges represent urgent realities of our time, demands from individuals in need of both prayer and action, calling us to dedicate our lives—eucharistic lives—as disciples and apostles in the manner of Jesus.

The world, which God cherishes greatly, requires our complete willingness to contribute toward making it a more humane and fraternal space. In this context, El Camino del Corazón emerges as a pivotal framework for interpreting our mission.
