What is CLINICS?

CLINICS is an online medical consultation and medication guidance app designed to support your clinic visits. With this app, you can consult with a doctor and receive medication guidance from a pharmacist from the comfort of your home. After payment by credit card, you can receive your medication at home.

In addition to online consultations and medication guidance, the app supports a wide range of daily clinic scenarios like scheduling face-to-face appointments, sending prescriptions to pharmacies in advance for quick medication pickup, recording medication information in your medication notebook for disclosure at pharmacies, and more.

* Generally, online consultations are possible with a doctor's permission in face-to-face consultations.

* Please note that not all symptoms or illnesses can be treated with online consultations. In some cases where online consultation is used from the first visit, you may be required to visit the clinic as determined by the doctor or might be advised to go directly to another healthcare facility. If you have any concerns about starting online consultations, please consult with a doctor before use.

You can receive medical consultations by a doctor and medication guidance from a pharmacist from your home. After credit card payment, medications will be delivered to your home.

Steps for Online Consultation:

1. Search and book a clinic: Look for hospitals or clinics, select dates and times, provide medical history details, and confirm your appointment. (You can also book face-to-face appointments!)
2. Online Consultation: Receive a call notification from the hospital or clinic at your scheduled time and start the online consultation via video chat. Payment will be automatically processed through the credit card you registered after the consultation.
3. Search and apply to pharmacies: Choose an online medication guidance pharmacy based on the prescription data uploaded by the hospital or clinic, and apply.
4. Online Medication Guidance: Receive a call notification at your scheduled time, undergo online medication guidance via video chat, and prepare for your medication.
