CCSS Móvil is the mobile application of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, which allows you to access a range of financial procedures from your smart device.

With this application, you can request the delivery of your Digital Employer Order to your registered email, request the delivery of a Salary and/or Income Study from the last year to your email, check the projection of your pension from the Disability, Old Age and Death Regime, check the status of your registered disability certificates from the last year, or pay your bills as an employer, self-employed worker or voluntary insured person.

Furthermore, the application is continuously being improved in order to add new features.

What is required to use the app?

Account creation is required, which can be done directly in the app through the "Register here" option on the home screen or by following the same process on the CCSS Virtual Office webpage available on the Institutional website (www.ccss.sa.cr).

Those who already have an account to use the CCSS Virtual Office can use that same account for the app.

What is required to create an account?

The app can be used by anyone with an access account for the CCSS Virtual Office. If you do not have a registered account, you can request access at any CCSS branch or by accessing here.

Can my data be viewed by others from the app without authorization?

Your data can only be viewed in the app by using the respective user account and password. Therefore, you must ensure the privacy of your password and not share it with anyone.
