• Enhancement of residents' quality of life through providing complex announcements, reporting daily inconveniences, resident polls, and detailed information on surrounding facilities.
• Offering various convenient services such as checking energy usage and management fees, local weather and air quality, and connecting with the management office by phone.
• Easily control household devices like lighting, heating, ventilation, gas valve lock, and standby power reduction from anywhere and at any time.

• Main features:
• Integration of SNS (KakaoTalk, Naver, Facebook, Google) for easier registration and login.
• Biometric security settings with fingerprint authentication for a safer app environment.
• Striving to provide a more comfortable resident environment through household device control and close residential living information.

• Services provided:
• Control services: lighting, heating, ventilation, gas valve lock, etc.
• Convenience services: elevator calling,
