Required access permissions:

• Location: Used for current location search within the KeiWeather app. The location is not stored separately and is only checked when conducting a location search.

• "It's currently raining outside, but the current weather shows clear." - The current weather is based on observations from meteorological stations and is updated every hour. Therefore, it may be delayed depending on the update cycle.
• "The forecast is not accurate." - Forecasts are probabilistic and not 100% certain. As extreme weather events become more frequent, it becomes more challenging to make accurate forecasts. We recommend checking both KeiWeather and the Korea Meteorological Administration's forecast to prepare for weather changes.
• "The information is not updating." - Updates may be intermittently delayed during peak commuting hours and on the hour. In such cases, please try refreshing or restarting the app after 1-2 minutes.
• "The screen ratio looks odd." - Some users may experience inconvenience in app usage due to mismatched screen resolutions. To fix this, please go to System Settings > Display > Screen Ratio Correction > Check the corresponding app for the correct screen ratio display.
