The main services provided by the Supreme Court Internet Registration Office website can now be conveniently accessed on smartphones as well. Through the "Real Estate Registration Viewing" and "Corporate Registration Viewing" menus, users can quickly access registration records by searching for the desired target and making electronic payments.

The "Registration Application Processing Status" and "e-Form Application History" menus allow users to check the current processing status of their applications. The "Issuance Status Verification" menu allows users to confirm whether a registration certificate has been issued, and the "Registration Office Search" menu provides information on jurisdiction and location.

Other menus offer registration-related information, regulations, and notices.

Menu Structure:

1. Real Estate Registration Viewing

   • Target Search: Search for the target using simplified search, address, or road name.
   • Electronic Payment: Payment can be made using credit cards, mobile phones, or prepaid electronic payment methods.
   • Registration Certificate Viewing: View the registration certificate for the paid real estate.
   • Unread: Check the list of items that have not been viewed after payment and have up to 3 months to view them.
   • Re-View: Check the list of items that can be viewed again within 1 hour after the initial view.
   • Real Estate Summary Information: View summarized information about the target real estate.
   • Confirmation Date: Search and view confirmation dates for housing properties.

2. Corporate Registration Viewing

   • Target Search: Search for the target using business name, registration number, registration ID, or Romanization.
   • Electronic Payment: Payment can be made using credit cards, mobile phones, or prepaid electronic payment methods.
   • Registration Certificate Viewing: View the registration certificate for the paid corporation.
   • Unread: Check the list of items that have not been viewed after payment and have up to 3 months to view them.
   • Re-View: Check the list of items that can be viewed again within 1 hour after the initial view.

3. Registration Application Processing Status

   • Real Estate Registration: Search for the current processing status of a real estate application by entering the address or receipt number.
   • Corporate Registration: Search for the current processing status of a corporation application by entering the business name, registration number, Romanization, or receipt number.

4. e-Form Application History

   Users can search and view the current processing status of real estate and corporate registration application forms submitted by themselves.

5. Issuance Status Verification

   Users can confirm the issuance status of real estate, corporation, property rights collateral, and other registration certificates by entering a verification number.

6. Registration Office Search

   Users can search for jurisdiction and location information of registration offices by jurisdiction or office name.

Permission:

• Essential Permissions:
  • Files and Media: Used for functions such as real estate registration viewing, corporate registration viewing, real estate registration e-signature, and public certification management.
• Selective Permissions:
  • Location: Used to verify the device's location for location-based information services.
  • Telephone: Used for automatic input of phone number information during mobile phone payments and to facilitate calls to user support centers.

Even if you do not agree to the selective permissions, you can still use the main services of the Internet Registration Office app (such as viewing registration records and checking application processing status), but there may be limitations on the use of certain functions that require permission.
