• Relevant and key services are conveniently positioned at the bottom of every page to enhance customer accessibility.
• User convenience has been improved through specialized features such as automatic login and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Note: With the renewal to the Woori WON Card App, users may need to reset features such as easy passwords and biometric authentication.

Service Overview

1. MY
   • Check essential card usage information, including expected payment amounts, credit limits, card holdings, and recent transaction history.
   • View banking and card details simultaneously for complete financial insights.
2. Card
   • Automatically fills in key information during card applications and allows for saving progress midway.
   • Recommends customized cards using big data analytics.
3. Benefits
   • Presents personalized benefits and preferred events prominently for each user.
   • Displays benefits received by the user within the month at a glance, including discounts, interest-free installments, and points.
4. Finance
   • Apply for short-term and long-term card loans and revolving credit without logging in, using only identity verification.
   • Woori Card non-members can apply for credit loans through KakaoPay authentication.
5. Simplified Login and SSO
   • Offers various login methods such as automatic login, lock numbers, fingerprints, and patterns.
   • Provides login integration (SSO) between the Woori WON Card app and Woori WON Members/Woori WON Market.
6. Integrated Search
   • Presents highly relevant search results based on specific situational search purposes.
7. Chatbot
   • The Woori Card 'DAB' now allows voice searches and consultations without text entry.

User Guidelines

• Access is not possible on smartphones that have undergone arbitrary structural changes for security reasons.
• The app is available for Android version 5.0 and above. Users with versions below 5.0 should update their OS to access the app.
• To check the version, navigate to 'Settings > Device Info' on your phone.
• Avoid using wireless networks (Wi-Fi) that lack clear origins or security settings when accessing the Woori WON Card app; utilize mobile networks (3G/LTE/5G) instead. Note that downloading or using the application over mobile networks may incur data fees.

Card Touch Service Instructions

• To disable the feature that automatically launches the app when touching a physical card with your smartphone, turn off 'NFC' on your phone and change the setting at 'Woori Card > Settings > Card Touch App Launch Settings'.

ARS Text Service Instructions

• When connecting to Customer Support (ARS), content provided by Woori Card will be displayed on your smartphone screen. This requires sharing encrypted mobile phone numbers and app push ID information with service provider Colgate Inc. Note: If you wish to opt out, please call 080-135-1136 (free).

Access Permission Instructions

• The following access permissions are required to use the Woori WON Card app:
• 1. Mandatory Access Permissions:
  • Phone: Used for fraud prevention by reading phone status and ID; required for auto-completion of phone numbers during Woori Pay card registration and for identity verification. Also used when registering/using a mobile transportation card via telecom SDK transfers; includes sending customer consultation numbers to Colgate Inc. Mandatory storage permissions apply for OS versions under Android 9.0 for accessing shared certificates and media files.
  2. Optional Access Permissions:
  • Camera: For photographing ID cards and QR codes as well as non-face-to-face merchant applications via Pay Here.
  • Microphone: For chatbot voice recognition features.
  • Contacts: For honey money gift functions.
  • Display over other apps: To utilize ARS text services.
  • Location: To verify merchant addresses during non-face-to-face merchant applications via Pay Here.
  • Device ID (Advertising ID): Used for affiliated services.
  • Photos: Used for affiliated services.
  Note: Access permission settings can be modified at 'Settings > Applications > Woori Card > Permissions'. If your device runs on Android OS lower than 6.0, permission settings cannot be adjusted; all optional permissions will be treated as mandatory. Blocking access permission may result in inability to use the Woori WON Card app. For devices capable of updating OS, please reinstall the app after updating to correctly adjust access permissions. While optional access permissions can be declined with residual service usage possible, some features may be limited.
