Once issued, these identification cards can be used for non-face-to-face administrative services and to receive various provincial government news.

Main Features:

1. Safe and convenient issuance of Gyeongbuk resident registration cards and happiness cards:
   • Issuance of resident registration cards for Gyeongbuk residents and happiness cards for residents of other regions using MyData from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.
   • Utilization of blockchain DID for secure usage of resident registration cards and happiness cards without compromising personal data.
2. Non-face-to-face administrative services:
   • Simple application for administrative subsidies through an app without the hassle of document submission using bundled information from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security's MyData.
3. Building Gyeongbuk together:
   • Provision of diverse information and services from various administrative agencies in Gyeongsangbuk-do through the provincial administration guide menu.
