The Mobile Jiro Mobile Application is an application that allows you to pay utility bills, various taxes, and public fees using your smartphone. With the Mobile Jiro application, you can access the service using your own device.

Instructions:

1. Install the app and choose between signing up (new members) or logging in (existing members).
2. Verify your mobile phone.
3. (New members) Enter your membership information and set a 6-digit easy password. (Existing members) Set a 6-digit easy password.
4. After completing the setup, select the login button and enter the easy password.

Payment Options:

You can pay various bills such as utility bills, national taxes, local taxes, water bills, environmental improvement charges, customs duties, police fines, electricity bills, and KT communication fees.

Please refer to the "Customer Center" - "User Guide" within the application for more details.

• This application includes security programs to ensure safe financial service usage for customers.
• If you are unable to make transactions after an ICS update, please uncheck "Do not keep activities" in your smartphone's "Settings - Developer Options - Activity Preservation".

Mobile Jiro App Access Permissions and Usage Purposes:

• Required Access Permissions:
• • Phone (Read phone status and identity): Collects member identification information (device identifier, OS version, phone number).
  • Storage (Access device photos, media, and files): Used for functions related to public certificates (importing, logging in, signing).
  • *Storage access permission is only required for devices running Android 10 or below.
  • Notifications (Electronic billing service): Provides push notification services for electronic billing.
  • *Notification permission is a required permission only for devices running Android 13 or above.
• Optional Access Permissions:
• • Camera: Used for scanning QR codes.
  • *Granting optional access permissions is not required to use the app services. When accessing menus that require this permission, separate consent is obtained.
