OnePass is an authentication service that allows users to safely and conveniently access various government services using their chosen authentication method under a single ID. With OnePass, there is no need to remember separate IDs for each government website; users can access multiple government services using a single digital OnePass ID.
OnePass offers various convenient authentication methods such as biometric (fingerprint, facial recognition), mobile PIN/pattern, SMS, and public certificates (PC, mobile) to ensure easy access to government services.
Currently, OnePass is available for a subset of government services, and there are plans to gradually expand its availability in the future. A list of available government services can be found on the OnePass website (www.onepass.go.kr).
To use OnePass, users need an Android device running OS 6.0 (API Level 23) or higher with a fingerprint authentication device and camera.
The required permissions for OnePass include camera, storage, and phone.
OnePass has acquired FIDO UAF v1.0 integration certification and complies with international standards.
OnePass provides convenient authentication services without requiring password input through biometric (fingerprint, facial recognition), mobile PIN/pattern, SMS, and public certificates (PC, mobile).
User biometric information is securely stored on each user's device without being stored on the server, ensuring high security.
