Recharge

• Funds can be replenished via a linked bank account.
• Up to ten recharge accounts can be registered in advance for ease of use.
• Recharged gift certificates may be subject to cancellation or refund policies.

Payment

• Payments can be made at offline Onnuri Gift Certificate merchants using QR code payment methods nationwide.
• Registered payment cards enable transactions without the need for the app at compatible physical stores.
• Online payments are supported through partner malls accessible within the app.
• Transaction details for both online and offline payments are available for review.
• All transactions are securely authenticated using registered verification methods such as PIN, fingerprint, or pattern recognition.

Gifting

• Gift certificates within the balance can be sent to others simply by knowing their name and phone number.
• Gifted vouchers received from friends or corporate entities are immediately available for use.

Merchant Mode

• Merchants can apply to become affiliated with Onnuri Gift Certificates via the app.
• Upon approval, they can switch between individual and merchant modes for operational convenience.
• In merchant mode, staff management, sales and settlement tracking, as well as detailed merchant information management, are accessible.

Security and trustworthiness are guaranteed.

• The platform has obtained the Information Security Management System (ISMS-P) certification from 금융보안원 (Financial Security Agency).
