1. Main Features and Content:

   • Mobile Pre-Check-in: Easily check-in using your mobile device.
   • Mobile Check-out: Conveniently settle your room charges contactlessly and check-out instantly after room use.
   • Mobile Key: Access elevators and unlock room doors effortlessly with your mobile, no physical key required.
   • Season Pass Registration: Register your purchased season pass and locker right away.
   • Coupon Box: Utilize coupons from your coupon box.

2. Permissions Required in the App:

   • Location: Used for mobile key communication with door locks in guest rooms and common areas.
   • Camera: Required for taking photos for season pass verification.
   • Files and Media [Storage]: Utilized when uploading photos taken for season pass verification to the system.

   At the initial usage of the service, you will be asked for consent regarding the mentioned permissions. You can later modify the granted permissions under Phone Settings > Application Management > Gonjiam Resort > Permission Menu.

   * Location permission is used to call door locks via Bluetooth technology, however, location information is only used during communication and not collected or stored.

   * Refusal of these permissions will render the related service unusable, but other app services can still be utilized as usual.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information:

   In order to provide services through the Gonjiam Resort app, customer's personal information will be collected and utilized. Detailed information on the collection content, purpose, and storage period of personal information will be provided during membership registration and usage. Your consent will be obtained.

   You may refuse to provide personal information beyond the essential consent items; however, in case of refusal, certain services provided by the Gonjiam Resort app may become unavailable. Major personal information collected includes:

     Name, i-PIN number, ID, password, gender, home address, date of birth (Lunar/Solar calendar), phone number, email, legal guardian's information (contact) if under 14 years old

     Online membership and pre-pass membership registration, identity verification during registration, prevention of misuse, announcement notifications, transaction history notifications, satisfaction surveys for ski products
   • Storage Period:
     Immediately destroyed upon withdrawal

   * Consent can be refused for the above matters; however, without such consent, registration on Gonjiam Resort's website will not be possible.

     Identity verification Q&A, residential area, marriage anniversary, marital status, company name, company address, company phone number, occupation, job title
   • Purposes of Use:
     Online membership and pre-pass membership registration, identity verification during registration, prevention of misuse, announcement notifications, transaction history notifications, satisfaction surveys for ski products
   • Storage Period:
     Immediately destroyed upon withdrawal
