"须臾" is a project timer based on the 10,000-hour rule. It helps you plan and track the amount of time you spend on various projects or skills. For example, you can track how much deliberate practice you have put into "English" or how much time you have invested in "Classical Music". "须臾" serves as both a time accumulator and a diary about time.

"须臾" supports two ways of adding time:

1. Using a forward timer
2. Directly adding a time record
