Born in the early 2000s and still maintaining strong popularity, the long-awaited smartphone application from the well-known web service is finally here!

[What is the Prefecture Experience Value?]

The "Prefecture Experience Value" was created on the forum "Graffiti Book" where geography enthusiasts gather on the geographical information website "Prefectures, Cities, Towns and Villages". It judges the experiences in all 47 prefectures into six levels, determining the total score of all 47 prefectures as one's "Prefecture Experience Value." Additionally, the filled-in Japanese map based on this value is called the "Prefecture Experience Value Map." The term "Prefecture Experience Value" is currently under trademark registration.

[Calculation Method of Prefecture Experience Value]

• Residence ... 5 points: Lived (including stays of about 3 months)
• Lodging ... 4 points: Stayed overnight (excluding passing through overnight)
• Visit ... 3 points: Visited (without staying overnight)
• Touchdown ... 2 points: Stepped foot in (including transfer or rest at SA/PA)
• Passing through ... 1 point: Passed through (by train, car, or making a stop by ship. Excluding passing over by aircraft)
• Untrodden ... 0 points: Not been to (not even touched)
